Noodle Water: be sure to save some hot boiling water from the noodles.

How to Make Spicy Peanut Noodles
Here are the step-by-step instructions for how to make this spicy peanut noodles recipe.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Reserve about 1/4 cup of water.
In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, gochugaru, honey, and the reserved water.
Combine the noodles with the sauce.

Add more noodle water if necessary. The peanut butter sauce will thicken over time, add more noodle water 1 tablespoon at a time or until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust. Taste and adjust the seasonings with extra chili oil, soy sauce, or honey if needed.
Storage Instructions

Reheat: Pan-fry the peanut noodles on the stove in a wok until warm, or microwave the chow mein covered until warm.
