Spicy Peanut Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 oz dry knife-cut noodles or any noodles of your choice

Spicy Peanut Sauce

Garnish

  • Cilantro chopped
  • Green onion chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the noodles. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions, reserve about 1/4 cup of the water. Then drain.
  • Mix the sauce. While the noodles are cooking, in a bowl, add the peanut butter, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, gochugaru, and honey. Mix and add the reserved water, adding more as needed, until you achieve your desired consistency.
  • Combine. Add the noodles to the sauce and toss until they are evenly coated and combined.
  • Serve. Serve the spicy peanut noodles in individual bowls, garnished with cilantro and green onion. Enjoy!
