Founded in 2021 and with now over 400 tried-and-tested recipes from Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, and more, we hope to inspire you to try something new in your kitchen.
Every recipe on Takes Two Eggs is researched, developed, tested, photographed, and filmed by us.

Inspired by her Vietnamese upbringing and years of cooking with her mom, Megan leads recipe development, researching ingredients and techniques before testing and refining each recipe to make it approachable and reliable for home cooks.
