Hi, welcome to Takes Two Eggs!

Meet Megan

I’m Megan, the recipe developer and voice of Takes Two Eggs. My cooking journey began growing up alongside my mom in the kitchen. She was always eager to host and cook large spreads of Vietnamese food and more for my massive extended family. Seeing everyone come together and enjoy a home cooked meal together sparked a passion and curiosity for cooking so I could create that same joy.

My recipes have been featured across Brit+Co, FeedFeed, Hunker, and more! Or you might know me from my active social media communities of over 400,000 followers, where I get to see your versions of my recipes shared with me!

Takes Two Eggs serves as a place that celebrates diverse flavors, one plate at a time.

Together with my husband, we hope to inspire you to create new memories through my recipes. And when we’re not online answering cooking questions, you can expect to find us exploring flavors in a new country, trying out a different local restaurant, or binging the latest cooking competition show—no seriously, we’ve watched ALL of them… Masterchef, Iron Chef, Next Level Chef, Culinary Class Wars, etc. We’re obsessed with all things food.
