Muoi tieu chanh, or Vietnamese lime dipping sauce, is made with just salt, pepper, and lime. It’s the perfect condiment for fresh seafood, grilled meats, and chicken. I especially love making it for our Cajun shrimp boil and Vietnamese Cajun seafood boil.
This classic Vietnamese salt-and-pepper dipping sauce is also perfect for freshly boiled crab. You can easily customize it by adding fresh Thai bird’s-eye chili for extra heat.
