This Spam Fried Rice is SO comforting and easy to make. All you need is a few pantry staples, one pan, and 15 minutes!

Mix the Sauce

Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Cook the Eggs

Softly scramble the eggs in a large wok, remove, and set aside.

Cook the Spam

Cook the cubed spam until crispy and golden on the outside. Then remove and set aside.

Cook Aromatics and Vegetables
