Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh Chinese wheat noodles or noodles of your choice

Sauce Ingredients

Garnish

  • 1 stalk green onions chopped
  • 1 small cucumber sliced into thin strips
  • crushed peanuts

Instructions

  • Cook the noodles. Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of hot noodle water. Drain and set aside.
  • Mix the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame paste, peanut butter, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger until well combined. Then slowly add the hot noodle water 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired sauce consistency.

  • Serve. Garnish with cucumber, green onion, peanuts, and more chili oil, and enjoy!
