  • 3 Thai chili peppers chopped
  • ¼ cup fish sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • ½ shallot thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine. In a small mixing bowl, add the chopped Thai chili peppers, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic, shallot, and cilantro. Mix until combined and the sugar has dissolved.
  • Serve. Let the garlic and shallots infuse for at least 15-minute before serving. Enjoy!
