Quick and easy 5-minute salad dressing that pairs with just about everything! This miso ginger dressing is tangy, sweet, savory, and incredibly flavorful.
Make the dressing. In a mixing bowl or a large measuring cup with a spout, add the grated ginger, garlic, miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Mix until combined and the miso is dissolved.
Add the oils. Drizzle in the sesame oil and avocado oil while whisking quickly to emulsify the dressing.
Serve. Serve the miso ginger dressing immediately or store it in an airtight jar in the refrigerator and shake before using. Enjoy!
