  • Make the dressing. In a mixing bowl or a large measuring cup with a spout, add the grated ginger, garlic, miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Mix until combined and the miso is dissolved.
  • Add the oils. Drizzle in the sesame oil and avocado oil while whisking quickly to emulsify the dressing.
  • Serve. Serve the miso ginger dressing immediately or store it in an airtight jar in the refrigerator and shake before using. Enjoy!
