Make the Sauce

Combine the kimchi juice, soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil in a small bowl.


Saute the Aromatics

In a large wok, saute the onions and garlic in vegetable oil until golden brown.


Add Kimchi & Veggies

Add the kimchi, mushrooms, and frozen veggies and toss for 1 minute.


Add Rice & Sauce

Add in your day old rice and toss together before pouring in sauce. Toss again until thoroughly combined.


Garnish and Serve

Toss in sliced green onions and served with a delicious fried egg! (optional)
