Cut the firm tofu into bite size cubes.

Combine the seasoning in a small glass bowl and set aside.

Boil the tofu then drain and pat dry.

Coat the tofu in egg then the cornstarch mixture

Fry the tofu until golden brown then set on a drying rack.

Stir fry the peppers and onions, then toss in the tofu and seasoning
