The star of this dish is the Sushi/Sashimi grade Hamachi (Yellowtail) and Yuzu juice for the dressing.

📝 Ingredients

Pickle Shallots

Mix vinegar, salt, and sugar for a quick pickle brine for your thinly sliced shallots.

Make Yuzu Dressing

Mix together and set aside the yuzu dressing.

Slice the Hamachi

Slice the hamachi into 1/4 inch thick sashimi slices.

Garnish and Serve

Pour the dressing on the hamachi and garnish with pickled shallots, cilantro, serranos, and toasted sesame seeds.
