This soup base is simple and accessible to make with the Chicken Broth base. All of the seasonings are easy to find at your local Asian market.
Mix and match your favorite mushrooms, but for a classic Hot & Sour Soup I recommend these types.

Season and cook the chicken broth.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix Cornstarch and water for a slurry, and slowly pour in and mix into the soup to thicken.

Slowly pour in beat eggs while stirring slowly for egg ribbons.

More Vinegar = more "sour" flavor. Adjust to your preference.
