  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Chinkiang vinegar, toasted sesame oil, minced garlic, chopped green onion, brown sugar, chili oil, and toasted sesame seeds. Serve with dumplings enjoy!

  • Add to taste! I have given you the basic road map for a delicious savory dipping sauce. You can adjust the recipe based on your preferences! Such as if you want it spicier, add more chili oil. If you like it tangier, add more Chinkiang vinegar. If you want it sweeter, add more honey or brown sugar.
