Easy to make Mie Goreng

Mie goreng is an Indonesian fried noodles dish that is tossed with proteins, eggs, vegetables, and a rich, sweet, and savory stir-fry sauce. This easy street food dish can be made in under 30 minutes!

Cook the Noodles

Cook the fresh noodles per package instruction and loosen them up.

Mix the Sauce

Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Season the Proteins

Season the Chicken and Shrimp with salt and pepper.

Cook the Chicken

In a large wok, cook the chicken until just about done.

Add the Shrimp

Add the shrimp, cook until cooked then remove and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables

Saute the aromatics until fragrant then cook the vegetables until wilted.

Add Noodles, Protein & Eggs

Toss in the noodles and protein, then scramble the eggs.

Add Sauce and Toss
