The Best Korean Beef Bulgogi

This easy Korean bulgogi recipe features smoky, sweet, and savory tender thinly sliced beef that only takes 15 minutes to cook!

These ingredients are easy to find at your local Asian grocery store.  Getting pre-sliced beef  is a major time saver!

Mix Beef & Onion

Mix together the thin sliced beef and sliced onions in a large bowl.

Puree Marinade

Add all the marinade ingredients to a food processor and blend into a puree.

Marinate Beef & Onions

Add the marinade to the beef and onions and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.

Cook the Beef Bulgogi

Cook the beef in a large skillet until caramelized and cooked.
