How to make Tekka Maki  (Tuna Sushi Rolls)

This tuna sushi roll is super EASY to make with only three core ingredients!

Sushi grade tuna, nori sheets, sushi rice, and a few sushi rice seasonings is all you need!

Prepare the Sushi Rice

Cook and season the sushi rice while still warm.

Prep the Tuna

Slice the tuna into 1/2 inch thick strips.

Cut the Nori

Cut the sheet into a rectangle for sushi.

Add the Rice

Spread the rice evenly, while leaving a gap of nori at the top.

Add the Tuna

Add an extra piece of tuna if the strip isn't long enough.

Roll together
