Whisk together and set aside.

Blend the butter, oil, and sugar until light and fluffy.

Slowly combine flour mixture then chill the dough for 30 minutes to an hour.

Sccop the dough and roll the ball iin a bowl of cinnamon and sugar to coat.

Use a heavy bottom glass to flatten the ball into a disc and place 2 inches apart for baking.
