How to make Salmon Crispy Rice

These appetizers are easy and the perfect light bite for a crowd.

This recipe only requires a a few Asian pantry staples to whip up the salmon and season the rice. You can find these at your local Asian grocery store.

Prepare the Salmon

Mix together the sashimi grade Salmon, kewpie mayo, and seasonings. Store in the fridge.


Season and Prepare Rice

Season rice, shape, chill, then cut into rectangular pieces.


Fry Rice

Shallow fry each side until golden brown.


Rest on Drying Rack


Assemble and Serve!

Top rice with sliced cucumbers, salmon, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onion!
