This recipes takes only a few pantry staples along with ceremonial grade matcha. Use Vietnamese coffee or substitute with your favorite iced coffee.

Brew your coffee (if necessary) and chill it.

Add heavy cream, milk, and sugar to a measuring cup. Then sift in the matcha.

Using an electric hand whisk, whisk until thick and creamy.

Fill a glass with ice, fill up 2/3's with iced coffee, then top with matcha foam. Stir and enjoy!
