Combine and whisked together all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, beat the butter and sugars until combined and fluffy.

Blend until light and fluffy.

Be sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl to fully mix ingredients.

Slowly mix in the dry ingredients until no flour trace is left. Cover the dough and let chill for an hour or overnight.

Roll the dough into a ball. Coat with turbinado sugar, then place on baking sheet before pressing into a disc.
