EASY Homemade Japchae  (Korean Stir Fry)

This traditional Korean stir fry is filled with vibrant vegetables and packed with umami flavor. 

The produce and meat is easy to find anywhere. And the simple sauce ingredients are readily found at your local asian market.

Boil, strain, and then cut the glass noodles to shorter 6" length pieces.

Blanch, then wring out the spinach before lightly chopping.

Sautee the Aromatics

Sautee the mushrooms, garlic, and onions. Then set aside.

Sautee the red peppers and carrots. Then set aside.

Cook then roll an egg omelette before slicing into strips.

Toss the noodles with sauce and cook lightly.

Add all of the ingredients and sesame seeds into a large bowl and mix.
